Three years ago, the Fantastic Four were ambushed and killed. At least, that's what the official reports all said. Since that day, Victor has been searching for Mr. Fantastic, whose body was not found amongst the others.
But perhaps it should've been. Compared to what Reed has endured, death would've been far kinder.
