Summary
Iceland can look green and lush, a warm breeze blowing through like she had imagined, but only if you visit in the summer, and not in October of all months. The mountains were shining white in the sun and covered in a thick coat of snow, the air sharper than she’d imagined. But the waterfalls, they were even more magical in person. Something inside of her seemed to click when she arrived, a deep sense of calm settling in her soul.

It’s 1994, Max is on an island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, and her best friend, who she watched die seven years ago, is somehow alive and well. So much for a deep sense of calm.

Summary
Set in Season 3. The evening of Eleven and Max's sleepover at Hopper's cabin, Mike heads over there to attempt to explain himself to El and mend their relationship. Max, however, has other ideas about who El should be in a relationship with, and her arguments turn out to be rather compelling...
Or: Mike gets cucked and pissed on by Max's massive girlcock and enjoys it an embarrassing amount.

“Max,” Eleven called out, her voice sounding funny before pushing the doors open and rushing into the gym to her friends’ sides.
El’s shoes left water along the floor until she slid carefully besides the redhead in need of assistance purely powered by instinct. “Are you okay?!”
She expected the stubborn girl to tell her she was fine and the impact was no big deal, if not just lay there for a second dramatically before getting to her feet. But the reaction she got damn near made her heart sink and her bewilderment grow.
Because as soon as Max’s eyes met with Eleven’s, she could see the confusion that colored her features with a dash of worry. And to make matters worse? The first thing Max said to her in between picking herself up was, “Who are you?”
