Zoro reaches for one of Sanji’s hands. Sanji tenses but lets Zoro lift his fingers and inspect the mostly scrubbed nails, the traces of dark blue polish still around the edges. Sanji’s hand flexes as if to draw away, and Zoro tightens his grip.
“The right hand is always harder than the left, if you’re doing it yourself,” Zoro says, turning Sanji’s fingers in his. “Precision comes with practice.”
