A confident grin dances on Lucifer’s lips. Chloe remembers how it felt to wipe it off, remembers that night a few weeks ago when she finally gave in to the temptation he offered—a win/win, and indeed another win, after that.
He’s a cocky bastard… but now, with the memory of his lips on her throat and his pianist fingers drawing sweet melodies from between her thighs, she knows he has every right to be.
