Summary
After a night of Russian Roulette and heavy drinking, Hank Anderson starts to see a ghost of a stranger in his house. Half-convinced he's gone off the deep end, he puts all of his time and effort into getting rid of the loathsome thing, but something goes wrong. Somewhere along all the yelling, cursing, and getting black-out drunk, he starts to realize that this stupidly earnest and infuriatingly odd dead man might just be the only thing capable of pushing him to live again.
So, naturally, he aims to return the favor.

Summary
A rare chance to right a wrong results in a differing timeline of events that risk the fate of all deviantkind after they've already succeeded with the peaceful Revolution. The responsibility of the alternate timeline rests solely on Connor's shoulders as the lone deviant navigates a new world while trying to achieve similar results without destroying the life he once knew. As it turns out, befriending a particularly stubborn detective is much harder than he had expected, and when a few other unexpected people turn up in Connor's life, everything becomes far more complicated than he was ready to handle.
