As his body cracks on the ground, Izuku does not pass on to the next world. Instead, he is left as a ghost among many others. When the slime villain escapes from jail and attacks the person Izuku can’t help but care for, he learns that there may be more to his afterlife than he thought.And maybe he can be a hero after all.

Shaking that thought away, Bakugou turned his attention to the present. He had no idea how he had ended up here in his childhood home, when just moments ago he was neck deep in a fight for his life. Now, even with his mom shouting downstairs, everything was just...calm. It almost felt unnatural to him after everything they had been through. He noticed his phone and scrambled to snatch it up, clicking on the screen. The date was the same day as the battle, but something settled into his stomach, and he quickly tapped onto the calendar app...only to drop his phone in shock.
Rushing to the mirror to see his reflection only confirmed what he saw on his phone, and he did not know how to respond.
Really, what do you do when you find out that you have been thrown back five years into the past?
