And the last complementary law before The Mating Safety Law was revoked in 1800 due the progress achieved by pro-Omega movements, Complementary Law n. 62 of 1723 to be exact, states also that unmated Omega alchemists must be mated with an Alpha due to the high risks the career offers, the unique bond both designations tend to develop and the direct impact on an Omega’s health and recovery time, in case of incidents.”
The Brigadier-General said in an unsettlingly mild tone, every word perfectly enunciated and paused.
