Clone Wars Episode "Landing at Point Rain" revision and coda!
When his gunship crashes on Geonosis, Obi-Wan is able to spare the lives of the men with him- but at great personal cost. He's gravely injured and his former Padawan, Anakin Skywalker, does something extraordinary to try to save him. Contains humor and is a bit graphic in some parts. I added more whump, more feels, and a coda about Obi-Wan's recovery. I also wanted to create a window into the personalities of the characters leading up to Episode III.******
Obi-Wan thrashed feebly where he lay and then registered more pain. Actually, it was an absolutely immense amount of it that seemed to emanate from everywhere inside of his body. The Force- or he should say the slow, steady waning of his connection to it- provided testimony that he was bleeding heavily. He could also sense his body reacting to critical trauma as well as feel important things broken inside of him.
“Blast, this is unpleasant,” he reflected, drily.

Obi-Wan thinks he is letting his feelings for Satine grow too strong. Anakin disagrees... but then again, the Chosen One is biased in such matters.
