Summary
In a gesture they haven’t made in a long time, Geralt reaches up and captures Jaskier’s hand against his face. He turns into it, kisses the center of Jaskier’s burn-scarred palm. That sets Jaskier’s pulse to racing.
“I missed you,” Geralt tells him. He leans in, pressing his forehead to Jaskier’s. “I can’t— tell you how sorry I am. I’m sorry.”
Jaskier huffs, reaching up to wrap his hand around the back of Geralt’s neck. He holds them close together when he says quietly, “I don’t want to talk about that right now, either.”
He surges up into Geralt to kiss him, and it’s like coming home.

Summary
Geralt never seemed to pay too much attention to Jaskier’s appearance - that he was glad of. It meant he never noticed the thin, metal, chaos-coated necklace that hung around his neck under his chemise, the dandelion engraved on it holding a secret that, in their day and age, no one was allowed to know.
In summary: Jaskier uses magic to hide he's trans, but truly, Geralt was goign to find out eventually.
