Summary
Before he was Captain America, he was Steve Rogers, knobby kneed and wild-eyed, with scrapes on his knuckles and a book in his hands.
In 1942, he leaves for war and eventually crashes the Valkyrie.
That's only the beginning of his story.
In 2011, Steve's body is dragged from ice off the coast of Greenland.
In 2015, he meets a bookstore clerk.
This is what happens when a superhero loses his way home and the only way back is through the Yellow Book Road.

Summary
It starts with a recommendation in the middle of a fight in downtown New York.
“I think we could use some music now, Tin Man,” Clint requests again as he and Natasha start to run towards 7th street.
“Are you really that bored, Clint?” Wanda asks, sounding amused.
“Say no more, birdbrain,” Tony cuts in before Steve can say anything else. “I got just the right song for your epic fight scene.”
There’s a momentary silence before a familiar tune starts to play across the whole team’s comms.
“Oh, you are kidding me,” Natasha murmurs.

Or, the many times Tony Stark plays BAMF-ing music while the team fights their Baddie of the Week. And somehow, along the way, between sleepless nights, game nights, movie nights and saving the world every other week — plus looking out for his wayward protégé whom he cares for very deeply — he falls head over heels in love for a certain super soldier.

Summary
“If you wanted, you could share the bed again,” Steve said, still studiously looking at the wall directly in front of him. “We used to do it all the time, before. It isn’t weird. Not for me, anyway.”
Whatever Bucky had been expecting, that hadn’t been it. “Oh,” he said.
“I’m gonna go brush my teeth,” Steve said, and disappeared down the hallway.

Summary
Clint stood at the bottom of the stairs in his boxer shorts and socks with his bow aimed at Bucky Barnes.
Bucky held his hands up in a placating gesture. “I didn't mean to sneak up on you.”
Clint didn't lower the bow.
“I didn't know you had a kid,” Bucky added conversationally.
“I should shoot your ass on principle.”
Bucky Barnes, injured and bleeding, breaks into Clint Barton's apartment through the fire escape after a bad op, discovers that Clint has a kid, and decides that he should probably stay because they clearly need looking after.

Clint Barton's Super Secret Snipers' Club. (Invitation and pending mental health evaluation required.)
"When Steve brings Bucky back to the tower for the first time, Clint’s first thought is that Tony Stark’s pride and joy is quickly becoming a less of a very tall and expensive ‘fuck you’ in the faces of investors who don’t believe in self-sustaining energy, and more of a superhero rehabilitation center."
