the GOOD Naruto content
NARUTO works that are in the actual spirit of the source material before it veered off, meaning:
- Konoha is smelly
-its elders are extra smelly
-Sasuke was right
-Sasuke doesn't OOC succumb to Naruto-is-Jesus syndrome (this isnt against sns its just against "this is narutos world i just live in it :)"
-Naruto isn't a Konoha bootlicker once he's able to understand the truth
-none of that flawless she's the braincell BAMF Sakura crap
-the cultural genocide of the Uchiha, as well as other Kekkai Genkai clans, isn't swept under the rug
-sns preferred but not a must. certainly no ss or nh though lol
-and so on you get the idea by now im not writing fancy here. like if its not clicking by now i cannot help you-> fics dont NEED to share all these traits but it is preferred and the reason for the start of this collection.

Summary
Sasuke was already six years old, two years older than Itachi had been when Fugaku had taken him out to see the realities of war. It was past due he had this moment with his second son.
Unfortunately for Fugaku Sasuke does not let the reality of violence and death settle in his mind, steering him towards becoming an honourable shinobi. No, Sasuke sort of thinks it's bullshit and he's going to work to prove it.

Sasuke was consumed with hatred because his family was killed. His entire family, not a single person left alive except him and their killer. It was enough to drive someone insane, or into the arms of the first maniac promising him enough power for revenge.
Instead Sasuke finds a little baby Uchiha on a meaningless mission and leaves Konoha for a vastly different reason.

It is said that road trips are good for clearing the head. That the act of traveling to some far off, distant location is a peaceful undertaking which puts things into perspective and allows for one to re-evaluate what is truly important.
At least, that’s what Sasuke had heard. He’s finding out quite quickly that traveling with Naruto defies any such clear-cut expectations.
