I've tried to give each story enough tags to give the reader a fair idea of what's going on without completely giving away the entire story. If you feel strongly that I've missed an important tag or a relevant disclaimer in the opening author's notes of each story, please let me know.
The fact that All for One is Schrodinger's Hisashi in this series and goes back and forth on having a connection with Izuku is intentional. Likewise, the One for All reveal in chapter 304 doesn't apply to most of these stories - largely because most of them were conceived before that reveal occurred - but it will be acknowledged and discussed at some point.

Summary
Himiko Toga was a Hero of UA’s Class A. She met Ochako Uraraka, Tsuyu Asui, and all their other friends, and she had the time of her life learning to become the Hero Façade. Even if Ochako's quirk was so unusual, Ochako didn't judge Himiko, so Himiko wouldn't judge her.
One day, Ochako Uraraka died. She was still there as she trained to be the Hero Infinity - the new Symbol of Hope, one day, for Japan - but spiritually she had died, and it killed Himiko to watch.
There was a ghost casting a long shadow over Class A. It snuck up slowly on Himiko, the realization that it wasn’t Ochako’s ghost.
