Summary
The next time Izuku goes to the library, he sees a second beanbag chair pulled beside the bird-headed boy with his bag on it. At Izuku's approach, the boy moves his bag, placing it on his lap. Subtle, nothing too conspicuous, but an invitation nonetheless. An invitation for him.
"Hi," Izuku says, sitting beside him like he always sits next to people without them getting up and leaving.
The boy looks over at him, then turns back to his book. "Hello," he says quietly. "It's nice to see you again." And Izuku's heart swells.
OR: Izuku hides from the bullies in the library one day and finds a boy who, miraculously enough, might not be totally repelled by his presence.

He lowered his hands just a bit, not meeting her eyes. "Well I didn't say that."

"First off, hands to yourself, asshole," he snarled. "Second, it's not a thing, he's a living creature. And third of all..." He paused, thought about it for a bit. "He doesn't do much. But if he doesn't like you, he'll shit on you."
"Couldn't think of a better pet for him," Shinsou whispered to Midoriya.

Summary
Kirishima's flirting method of choice, at least in Kaminari's eyes, seemed to be acting like an entire dumbass. Which he thought could work, sometimes, but not to THIS degree, and especially not towards Bakugou, who had a tolerance for dumbassery of -1.
It was only a matter of time before Kirishima reached his limit, stepped one step too far in playing dumb, and Bakugou would lose his shit and also kill them all. Today, Kaminari was sure, was that day.
