Summary
The letter is delivered to Cyno by a certain genie-wielding merchant by the name of Dori.
"Here's your love letter-- don't worry about the payment this time, Tighnari's paid me," Dori says dismissively, waving her hand. "A good sum, too. Geez, you guys are gross. When are you going to ask him out already?"
Cyno rolls his eyes and promptly chooses to ignore her.
The topics of the letters between Avidya Forest Watcher Tighnari and the General Mahamatra Cyno have taken a sort of turn, recently.

Summary
Cyno is already drenched thoroughly by the time he steps through Tighnari's door. The disgruntled expression on his face immediately morphs into a dopey grin when he sees the ranger.
"Tighnari," he breathes, heavy cloak still dripping water onto Tighnari's carpet.
"Cyno," Tighnari responds, feeling his own lips break out into a small smile. "Take off your cloak."
Cyno is back from the desert. Tighnari welcomes him.

"Cyno," Tighnari says, voice a little raspy from sleep. It's Cyno's favorite version of his voice. "You're back."
"I'm back," Cyno echoes, hand automatically reaching out to Tighnari's. "So. Danger-seeking little Cyno, always getting injured, eh?"
Tighnari's lips curl up a little. "Poor little danger-seeking Cyno."
