Summary
No matter how many times Bruce’s relationships with villains turn out bad he just can’t seem to stop himself. There’s something about them that he just can’t resist, no matter how much he tries, or how much his kids warn him away. After Jason dies because of his compulsions, he is eventually forced to change his ways (even if his coping mechanisms are almost as unhealthy as his taste in romantic partners)

Summary
A Reverse Robins story which follows Damian—starting with him being part of the League of Shadows, then becoming Bruce Wayne’s son, then a hero, and then an older brother as Bruce adopts more children into their family, each of them with their own background as a villain or anti-hero’s protege. Damian must pass along his knowledge of how to adjust, and teach them from experience how to heal and grow, learning to be more fully himself in the process.

Summary
Selina returns to Gotham, telling herself it's for a museum job, but really, it's because she feels like the city is pulling her back. She tells herself she wants to avoid the Batman at all costs, but really, she's looking for him. When she pulls the job, Batman stops her, and when she gets angry it's not hiding any secret emotions like missing him or anything.
He finally catches up to her on a rooftop where she's accidentally cornered herself. They fight, argue, make out as the sun rises. Then, Batman lets her go, without even trying to turn her in to the police, and she runs. But instead of leaving Gotham, she decides that maybe she'll stay in town for a while after all.

“I… I could be Robin,” Tim suggested softly, almost not daring to say it, even when nobody alive could hear. “No one could ever replace you, but without Robin, I’m afraid of what Batman could become.”
He knew he would never measure up to Jason Todd or Dick Grayson. But anything was better than nothing, right? He was anything. Even if he was just a candle compared to the bonfires that were Dick and Jason, he could be that light to Batman's darkness. The light Batman so deeply needed.
He owed it to Robin, to Batman, to Gotham—to try.
There was that thumping again, and Tim reminded himself once more that it was probably just the rain, or something reasonable, and not the waking dead.
