"Yeah just," Harrington raises his basket, "Getting some cereal."
Billy nods, then turns back to his task. He can kind of see Harrington linger out of the corner of his eyes. He's been like this, since the whole... fucking horrible Starcourt thing. Hanging around. Hanging around Billy's hospital bed, and around the house when Harrington dropped Max off. Just... hanging around.
Neil fucking loved Harrington. Responsible. Trustworthy. Masculine. Able to raise his hand over his head too. Everything Billy wasn't.
Billy strains, fighting for every inch. He's not going to let fucking Harrington see him like this. He trembles as his hand goes past his eyeline... it hurts so much. He pushes himself through it.

The first time they did it, they didn't even actually have sex. Billy'd worked a single finger into Steve, cooing and calling him a good boy when he finished all over his chest. At first, Steve thought there was something wrong with him, or maybe that Billy doesn't like him like that. They were just fucking around after all.
He'd seen how much Billy liked it, how wild and lost in pleasure he was. But Billy hardly let Steve go further than a few fingers for what felt like forever until he finally pressed inside.
Now, Steve was a champion bottom, or so Billy had dubbed him one night, smirking as he put a little newspaper crown on Steve's head and kissed his open, needy mouth.

From the gaggle of barely pubescent kids following him around, to the stray cat he rescued from a tree in the parking lot of Family Video (her name is Pickle and people actually clapped when he lured her to safety.) Once Billy even saw a crow fly up and give him a gift in the middle of a conversation.
So at first, this is what Billy thinks Steve is doing and it’s pissing him off. Inviting Billy for sleepovers and acting all concerned when bruises bloom on Billy’s ribs and face.

At least the Scots was fair. He had blue eyes and tanned skin, a fine looking tunic dyed a deep red bringing out the gold in his curls.
He'd heard his father talk about how Hargrove was some kind of beast, rumored to have killed his father. Steve was expecting a large and fearsome alpha, covered in blood or something. Hargrove looked to be around Steve's age and size.
Steven's father tried to phrase it delicately, bringing up the broken marriage with the Wheelers, and trying to assure Hargrove in the most animated language that Steven was a pure omega, and he needed to have no worries.
But Hargrove's sister just laughed, looking at her brother as if sharing a joke.
"I'll have the Pretty Boy," He growled, speaking for the first time. "Din'ae care if he's pure."

“Hey. You ok?” He whispered. He probably didn’t have to but he didn’t want to draw attention to the person.
