Summary
This is a little addendum to the dinner scene in episode 7.10, after Tommy's "God, I hope so" remark. As usual, their screen time was way too short.

Summary
I was inspired by a BTS picture showing Lou/Tommy at the hospital, even though we never saw him there in the episode. In my mind, there's this idea of a missing plot between the hospital scenes and the dinner scene in Buck's apartment. I let my imagination run wild with this idea and I hope you'll join me down the rabbit hole. The picture is included at the beginning of the story.

This is an additional scene for episode 8.03. As I missed Tommy in this episode and thought about a reason, I came up with that idea. Tommy was at home the whole time because he had the flu, but that doesn't mean he didn't know what was going on.

Summary
Post mortem 8.06. Digging into Tommy's past. About two months into their separation. Neither is happy and wants to admit that things shouldn't have ended that way.
While Tommy thought Buck had moved on, Eddie and Chim told him he was still suffering from their separation. These were uncharted waters for Tommy. Never before had a group of people meant so much to him. Although he had hurt one of them tremendously, they didn't give up on him. Honestly, Tommy didn't know how to handle the whole situation, especially since he hadn't told anyone about the real reason for the break-up and had no intention of disclosing it. It's a secret so dark he harbored it until today.
Buck showing up at Tommy's doorstep during a thunderstorm isn't exactly helpful and only leads to more complications. What to do when your heart tells you yes but your head tells you no? Can you even keep someone from loving you, especially if he is as stubborn as Evan Buckley?

The Cookie Conundrum: A Lesson in Stranger Danger
Even if a sweet old lady with knitting needles offers you cookies that smell like they were baked by angels, it's important to be cautious. Those seemingly innocent treats might have a twist you weren't expecting. Remember, as tempting as they may look and smell, you never know what surprises might be hidden inside. Always think twice before accepting treats from strangers, no matter how friendly they appear, especially if they come with a plate of cookies! 🍪Series

Summary
What happens after Tommy leaves Buck's loft? It shows their inner struggles, something we never saw on the screen. I show both sides, Tommy's and Buck's, leaning heavier on Tommy's side of the story. I'm currently overthinking and then it's like an itch I have to scratch...

Eight days after Bobby’s funeral, Buck is drowning in grief, haunted by his captain’s final words. Life feels unmoored, his heart shattered. Alone, he threatens to break down under the weight he carries since Bobby's death, until a late-night call pulls him to Tommy’s door.

Summary
Frustrated by the raw tension between Buck and Eddie in that kitchen scene, and aching for Tommy’s absence when Buck needed support, I decided to rewrite this moment to pack a bigger emotional punch. I kept the original, gut-wrenching dialogue between Buck and Eddie, but created a - hopefully - satisfying ending with Tommy to shift the vibe. Dive into my reimagined scene, where hearts clash, bonds strain, and a familiar face changes everything.

Summary
Four months after Bobby’s death, Evan is a ghost of himself. Bobby’s final plea claws at him: “You gonna be okay, Buck! They’ll need you.” But the 118 firehouse is a broken machine, its team scattered, and Buck feels useless, unable to live up to Bobby's expectations.
Eddie, back in L.A., demands his house back, and Buck, dodging fights, slips away. He quits the 118, joins the 142, and severs every tie to his past. His life is a jagged edge, nothing aligns, every step a stumble through a fractured world.
Tommy returns from four grueling months with Montana smoke jumpers, expecting home, but finds a void. He’d ghosted Buck out there, a choice that now burns with regret, certain it fueled Buck’s collapse. Gripped by guilt, Tommy hunts for Buck, desperate to pierce the wall Buck’s built. With Buck retreating into a shadowed version of himself, Tommy faces a brutal truth: he might be too late to save the man he loves from a freefall that could bury them both. (COMPLETED! You can read that part as a stand-alone)

Summary
Instead of going to Maddie, Buck should have talked to Tommy at the end of episode 8.11. My coping mechanism took over, and my muse typed it out. Pure survival mode since it's still a long way off until October 9th, when the show returns. The story was inspired by my fan art and Ariana Grande's song: My Everything
