Rouge had a reputation of being the most observant out of all their friends so of course she knew the change of heart was none other than the blue hedgehog Shadow used to enjoy (in a very vague sense of the word) exchanging punches and insults with.
Sweet moments that are kinda fruity between Shadow and Sonic but their friends have no idea if the two are aware they're doing it.
