In a quiet lull in her life an unemployed Nautica is saddled with a newborn Lunarian and a vision of the long-dead Skids. In an effort to fulfill the request made to her by her deceased amica, she must retrace her steps along the galactic leyline to collect his body and brain, and eventually find a resting place for his remains, all while learning how to raise and mentor her Lunarian charge. God, ghosts, graveyards... days spent in a creepy museum translating an ancient tome. Nautica's continued adventures after the end of MTMTE and Lost Light.
