Well, no, she actually had dozens of problems. One of which was her teenage son making friends with alien robots at war with other alien robots. Now, June didn't have anything against the Autobots. Frankly, Jack could have made worse friends.
No, all in one, June liked the Autobots well enough.
She just wished there weren't so many communication issues when it came to Bumblebee, though.
