    Silently, Qui-Gon fully removed his hand from the younger man’s face. Cody didn’t have enough time to mourn the loss of touch before the hand returned with a sharp sting. His head snapped to the side and all the air in his lungs rushed out. He turned back to Qui-Gon, his mouth parted just enough for his panting breaths to escape. Qui-Gon raised an eyebrow.
