This revelation led to “Retests” — events in which new technology cross-checks genetic heritage with past data. If foul play is detected, immediate familial matches are released to the public record, triggering government intervention.

Izuku was tired. His bones felt heavy and he just wanted to lay down. He wanted the muzzle off his face and wanted the cuffs off his hands. The muzzle on his face rubbed the scars wrong, causing him even more pain. He hated the way his feet felt. His claws had been filed down to the quick to make it fair for the others. Izuku’s jaw hurt and all he could taste was blood. It wasn’t even his own blood and that's another thing he hated.
He couldn’t remember how he ended up in this place, but it had been years. He knew that. He watched as the watchers got older and some even stopped showing up. His handler was gray now. Not the vibrant red that he had once been. There was a new face in the watchers.
“Tonight's fight to the death!” The Watchers screamed, cutting off the announcer. “The Dragon against our challenger! Avone!” The cage lifted.

Izuku has many names. Izuku Midoriya, Izuku Shimura, Izuku Chisaki, Ghost, Deku and Moonflower.
Izuku Midoriya is a high school student. Izuku Shimura died in a car crash. Izuku Chisaki is the so called son of a Yakuza boss, Overhaul. Ghost is the second lieutenant of the Yakuza. Deku is a hero student in the analytics course, and Moonflower is Stain's protégé, a member of the LoV, and a vigilante who's been employed by the heroes.
The only problem is keeping all these identities separate. When you're working with villains, heroes, Yakuza, and the smartest person (?) in Japan, that becomes very hard. It's double especially hard when you're expected to be in four places at once, all with conflicting goals. It's triple especially hard when All for One is causing absolute chaos amongst everyone.

After defeating Overhaul a hero in training and a terrified little girl are stuck in a loop of destruction and healing. Lucky for them a hero with an erasure quirk is on the scene but the man isn’t able to get to them in time to break up the involuntary fight of strength before one quirk wins out over the other. While not ideal having two prepubescent children on their hands isn’t the worst outcome possible; however, it is the outcome that raises the most questions as the one dressed in a too big hero costume looks like a completely different person. Dark green hair has turned white, green eyes now red, and fields of freckles have turned to scars. It quickly becomes apparent that this boy isn't the same Midoriya Izuku they'd come to know in the past half of a year, especially when the boy sprints away, leaving three quirkless people in his wake.
