Kaoru and Estinien have been enjoying one another's company in Meghaduta tonight, relaxing and indulging in some needed intimacy after their adventures in the Thirteenth. When Estinien realizes he's run out of aftercare products to pamper Kaoru with, he departs to go find some more as well as dinner. Tied up in bed, the poor miqo'te sits and waits for his return.
Zero happens by not long after his departure, newly spending time in their company as their partner and now inhabiting the same offered rooms Vrtra has provided to Estinien and his love. Still freshly entered into their arms, Zero has never been intimate with Kaoru before and is enticed by the sight of Kaoru bound and offered up to them.
