    Summary

A primal was summoned with an immense amount of chroma and could temper anyone close by. It was like a magical parasite, worming its way into one’s mind until anyone would turn into its thrall, serving it unapologetically. He had read recovered letters of how friends had turned against friends, parents had killed their children, and throats had been cut by their own bodies.

The worst part was that they couldn’t even leave the primal alone.

Lumière was running out of supplies and they had to make the continent livable.

And that just so included slaying an immortal primal that could temper them if they dared to get too close.

    God, Gustave needed a drink.

    Summary

In the silence of the stars,
    Two souls seek their path,
One dances to the breath of the winds,
The other paints the light with their hands.

    Between shadow and shine,
    Realities bend and twist,
And in the symphony of colours,
A future yet unknown is forged.

    Summary

Verso lived through the fire, as did Alicia, but he didn't wake up. He remained unconscious, and when his family realised that he and Alicia had been found in the atelier during the fire, they realised that Verso has gone into the canvas.

Aline went in after him, believing she could wake him up. She finds Verso, who doesn't remember anything. In his pain addled mind he ended up creating Lumiere, and a painted version of his family, and they were living together happily. Aline helps him remember, but all he could feel was the fire and the burning agony of his body, and so she paints over him and erases his memories again to keep him safe. Renoir then goes in to wake up his son himself, and drag his wife out the canvas, resulting in the Fracture. Expedition Zero goes out to search for their loved ones and rescue them, and inevitably find out what happened from Cleo. Now Verso has to stop his family from tearing apart his canvas, and try keep his mother from constantly erasing his memories to keep him compliant. It goes about as well as you might expect.

(Basically, Verso lived, but is trapped in the canvas by his mother, and now has to deal with the horror of having his family raging war inside his canvas)

    Summary

"A search and rescue mission was finally proposed in a town hall meeting one night in the central plaza. Julie had watched as a father, with his son and daughter meekly trailing behind, made a plea to cobble together a few people to try and look for any other survivors beyond the shores of their new island. He had been one of those whose residence had been torn away on another piece of Lumiere. He was a simple painter by trade, but was willing to take up any job if it meant finding his wife and eldest daughter again, who had been separated from the rest of the family. That desperation was so achingly known to the point that words needed not be spoken between the people in attendance that the agreement was unanimous. It was natural, then, that the man - Renoir - was appointed the leader of the mission. Those who weren’t already neck-deep in rebuilding the city were eager to join, with Julie included. She didn’t think she’d be able to take another day of living in the midst of such a stark reminder of the way of life she had lost."

    Summary

Lost and injured, you stumble upon the path of Expedition 33 at the edge of The Forgotten Battlefield.

Cursed with a head injury, your state of amnesia makes things difficult. But this curious bunch seem willing enough to take you in under their wing.

With nowhere else to go, you journey with them towards the Monolith, searching for answers: about yourself, the Gommage, and why you—unlike the others—don’t seem to disappear with age.

    Summary

In the year one hundred of the monolith, following the fracture, expedition zero was formed, a search an rescue team who sent its members all over the continents to try and find survivors. The monolith and the paintress were far from being their main source of worry.

Unfortunately, things will not go to plan.
