While the war rages back on Cybertron, CMO Pharma of the Delphi Hospital is simply doing his best to get through the day. That includes sneaking away from his staff, going down into the basement, and entering a secret room, all to reach a Decepticon patient he's hidden away. Just when it seems as if the patient's luck has run out, Pharma reveals he's made a deal with Tarn, the leader of the Decepticon Justice Division - rescue any Decepticon prisoners and get them out of Delphi by any means necessary.
This becomes an everyday event for Pharma as he continues to live his life as a veritable double agent, doing his best to save cons and stay hidden from the ever watchful 'eyes' of Delphi.

Summary
Pharma gets stuck at the DJD's base on Messatine after a blizzard moves in quicker than he could conclude his meeting with Tarn. His several-day-long stint at their base is riddled with boredom and Tarn continuing to be insufferable, but at least there's some high grade engex around.
After a few days (and quite a few bottles of engex), Pharma finally decides to indulge in Tarn's offer to teach him Chirolinguistics.

Summary
The city-state of Vos secretly survived and established a New Vos far far away from the meddlesome forces of both Decepticons and Autobots alike.
Starscream, due to infection with a peculiar "sparkeater" disease, wasn't allowed onto the planet, least he killed or converted what few survivors remained. Joining Starscream in exile included several thousand undead sparklings -- each cursed never to grow up due to a sparkeater's curse flowing throughout their frames.
All those horrible children call him Ma-ker and overtime he realizes he doesn't mind.
Now biding his time on Earth as Decepticon Air Commander, some of the cursed spawn join him on his adventure by building a secret underground civilization -- for fun and the sake of boredom, with the help of a sparkeater Shockwave.
Eventually, two new "Autobot recruits," are spotted on the battlefield, but Starscream knew better.
"Jetfire! Jetstorm! You little traitors! Why the frag did you join the Autobots!?"
"Come on Ma-ker, we wouldn't be your kids if we weren't traitorous backstabbers."
For once, Starscream had nothing to say.

Vortex has crunched up and spat out another pilot (again), and First Aid has gone in to retrieve them (again). Only this time, Vortex doesn't seem to be keen to let him go...
With the Quintesson threat looming, they can't take any chances. If only the AI would quit going so rogue.AKA the one where Jazz just can't stay dead, Swindle is haunted by (literal) ghosts, and nobody is making the healthy choice.

If slightly fucked up mecha pilot stories are your thing, you'll love this.
That is not to say that the main leads being freaks is the end of it, oh no. This story will make you feel things. The chapters aren't told in an entirely chronological order and some of the chapters in the past, when things just started to get bad, will take you out back and make you face the wall. Especially knowing where the characters will end up. I've cried real tears over this.
At some of these points the writing really stood out. Most of the fic is well-written in a way where youre so lost in the sauce that you don't really notice it but then you get hit with a piece of dialogue or a cleverly worded sentence that makes you stop just to marvel at it.
The story itself starts somewhat simple and chapter by chapter more moving parts get revealed. Characters chasing their own goals, worldbuilding, past events that put everything into a new perspective, all that. It was insanely engaging.
Totally recommend giving this a try! (Personally, i cannot wait for the next chapter)

Not Ratchet, the Iacon Medical Center’s most prized practitioner, whose Dead-End clinic remains the worst-guarded secret on Cybertron. Not Overlord, whose iron hold over Cybertron’s underworld is beginning to falter. Not Orion Pax, whose concern over the sudden silence of one of his favorite writers drives him to take up his hero’s pen. Not Terminus, who only wants to survive.
But Trepan and Senator Shockwave both know well what’s coming. One aims to use a defiant miner’s fall to crush the aspirations of the masses. The other wants to use that miner’s triumph to ignite them. Neither much cares about Megatron himself, or his ultimate survival.
Therein lies their fatal error.
