Summary
Christy tells the story of her encounter with Larry, or "Peanut", that got awkward when he called her his favorite person's name. Pinky brings the story to Lola, who then believes Johnny cheated on her with his best friend.
Johnny, confronted by Lola about this, tries to sort things out with her. He ends up making things more complicated, having Larry realize and confess his feelings for him and finding out that she's been with Gord behind his back again. Seeing how Larry loves him more than she does, he realizes he might have feelings for his best friend too— and if Lola is already convinced that he cheated, should he just do it?
After Gord is caught with Lola, he especially wants revenge on Johnny. Finding out about Christy's rumor, he is encouraged by Derby to humiliate The Greasers. He creates a plan with Parker as a reluctant accomplice, but Vance might just stop him...

Summary
Jimmy is in the middle of getting the Greaser clique on his side. He's currently on good terms with Johnny, but things aren't all resolved. As much as this mission preoccupies Jimmy's mind, there's something else going on in Bullworth. Bikes are going missing, people aren't behaving as they should, and some things just don't add up. Legends shroud the infamous academy like the perpetual clouds over the town of Bullworth, but they're just ghost stories. Or are they?
