FIC REWRITE
Whilst on a mission to destroy a wraith nursery, John and Todd are attacked and stranded on a planet without a working stargate. Fortunately, a Hive in Todd's alliance picks up Todd's distress signal and comes to get them. Unfortunately. These wraith are as unfriendly and untrusting as all the rest - and Todd has a secret they cannot find out. Turns out, working with the Lanteans is not only strange but punishable by death. If the pair can't lie their way through their time aboard, they won't ever get home. John has no choice but to trust his dubious companion, and vice versa.
Easier said than done, but even imprisoned and heading toward certain death, Todd has a few tricks up his sleeve. They make a break for it and fall face-first into a journey that will fling them across the galaxy, further and further from safety and from what they both knew. Desperate to get back to their respective lives, John and Todd must embark on a long and dangerous quest with no hope for survival except each other.
Set in season five after "Search and Rescue" and before "The Queen"

Kůže pod jeho dlaní se napjala a otřásla, zatímco muž zcela zkameněl. „Trpěl jsem, když jsem tě cítil tak blízko a zároveň se tě nemohl dotknout, Shepparde." Jmenovaný polekaně vytřeštil oči.
„P-proč by ses mě chtěl dotýkat? Když ne z důvodu se nakrmit, tak proč?" blekotal poplašeně. Připravil se, že sáhne po zbrani, ale jakákoli úvaha týkající se možného Toddova spoutání a zajetí se mu vykouřila z hlavy ve chvíli, kdy se jeho krmná ruka přimkla k podplukovníkově tváři a v jemném pohlazení se mu otřela o krátké strniště.
„Protože jsi mým druhem a já se s tebou toužím spojit od chvíle, kdy se naše osudy propletly v Kolyově vězení."Na základně se ztrácejí lidé, což však není Sheppardův největší problém, jak se zdá. Musí se rozhodnout, co je pro něj skutečně důležité.

John never liked days off. They were dull and most often lonely because he and his team could never seem to get a free weekend together. At first, he'd tried to hang with them anyway, but Rodney’s work was confusing, and Teyla and Ronon always had something off-world going on. Usually, he'd end up spending the day running around the city, sitting in his room watching his football recordings, or “getting through” "War and Peace"
Then, he and Todd got together. Thanks to the magic of subspace transmitters, the Wraith was almost always there to pick John up the night before. Suddenly, days off weren't so lonely, and John found himself counting down the days until the next one.
Aka: a bunch of oneshots about Todd and John in a 24-hour dom/sub relationship.

-Stranded, heavily injured, and alone, a Wraith Commander is forced to survive the harsh conditions of a brutal human planet stuck in a perpetual winter. His fighter has crash landed in a desolate field, after he attempted to battle for territory of another Queen.
Within his darkest desires to find the planet called earth, he first must find the planets Stargate, and return to his Queen and Hive Ship. In order to do that, he must depend on the only human female he has come into contact with. A strange human healer, with the ability of foresight. The neighboring villagers call her kind (the fae) for their secretiveness, knowledge, and there resilience to abstain from any human contact.
While the Commander must wait for the winter blizzard to subside (30 days), he forms a relationship with his silent caretaker and comes to meet others of there kind. However, his relationship is bound to give him more trouble than it is worth. Causing a deep internal conflict with himself. Or is it?

He had met the animalistic Jaspers, the ‘Good’ humanoid Coriander government, the worst ‘evil’ Grovian Rulers out there, but now he must work together with his most formidable enemy. A blinded and equally as ruined Wraith to escape the hands of an insane alien scientist, who only seems to love, capture, torture, and mentally break down his chosen targets.
Can Rodney make it out alive and unscathed while working for a common goal for freedom? Or will he be yet another victim underneath this monsters belt?

It was a peaceful sunshiny day on Atlantis. John Sheppard and his team had just gotten back from a star charting mission and was ready for a little RnR. However the sirens alarmed loudly. As the Stargate was suddenly activated. But not from the control room. From the Outskirts yet again.
Unable to stop the gate from activating John and his team watched as three individuals dressed in red ran through the blue portal with it closing behind them. Taking up refuge huddled together for safety. Upon further examination John’s team realized that the three individuals that activated the gate were not human at all but Wraith! With Steve being one of those individuals that were seeking sanctuary from his oppressor.
The whole team of Atlantis now faces a hard choice. Give those Wraith a sanctuary and to protect them from the evil Grovian emperor or return them to here rightful owner sealing their fate, for death.

(I wanted to make a fanfic with Shawn The Wraith, since I can’t find any with him. He’s the Wraith commander from the episode Condemned.)
While the growing Wraith population is in the middle of starvation, they will do anything to keep a steady stream of humans for their consumption. Even going so far as the form new alliances with humans through out the Pegasus Galaxy. Taking place at that the Olesia Magistrate’s personal estate. John and his team have to attend one of these meetings with Todd and his Wraith alliance member Shawn in order to see it is successful. However, there dealings include a meeting with a New race from the Obsidian Galaxy…called the Coriander’s. The sworn enemies of the Grovians. Who have been seen more in their part of the galaxy. They have sent 5 of their own peacekeepers with special abilities to search out for any deeper or darker intentions that the Wraith and Humans might be hiding. In order to see if an alliance is possible.
While at the same time Shawn the Wraith commander has become smitten with one of these Coriander peacekeepers. Forming a deep relationship as they dangerously tread the waters to for a possible alliance.

In an alternate universe, Ronan with the help of John Sheppard and his team, escaped from the wraith human laboratory facility. Trye stays back to make sure to put an end to the Hives research permanently . However, Trye had other plans as he ran from the laboratory with the prized Wraith Commander who made them addicted to the Wraith enzyme in hand.
Now back in a remote location Ronan and Tyre both have a chance to exact some payback of their own. With Ronan leading the charge.
