Summary
There’s a ghost haunting the 141 common room. At least, Soap is about 80% sure there is, which is, in fairness, realistically about as sure as anyone could reasonably be about spooks haunting their workplace. He’s not stupid, he knows no one else is going to believe him if he brings it up. The scorn if he suddenly starts harping on about ghosties and ghoulies.
None of that negates the fact that there definitely is one though. Probably.

Summary
“Did you even fight for me, sir?”
Price set his jaw, a flash of blue fury in his eyes.
“Nah, not you, not John Price,” Gaz smirked without any humour. “Already on his way to replace the broken part, isn’t he? The show must go on.”
Price finally held his eyes – just for a beat – before looking away. His voice remained controlled. “It was a clean op. Intel wasn’t great, but that’s what we work with. Your injury was—” he caught himself but steamrolled on “—bad luck.”
Gaz barked a laugh, full of pain in it. He could’ve punched him, if he wasn’t stuck to the bloody bed.
or: Gaz is medically discharged. He and Price don't handle it very well.

Summary
Simon "Ghost" Riley was torture for Soap. Beautiful, sharp-jawed, devastatingly handsome-and completely uninterested.
Soap knew that. He really did. So when a break rolls around and his favorite band comes to town, running into an ex seems like the perfect distraction. A way to get Simon Riley out of his head for good.
What he doesn’t realize?
The devil on his shoulder is never far behind.
or
“Then don’t waste it on someone trying to mark you like a prize,” Simon said, his voice a growl now, teeth scraping along the shell of Soap’s ear. “Let me show you the difference between getting touched and being wanted.”
Soap let out a low, broken sound, already half gone.
