After healing the stab wound of a mysterious blue-haired teen Izuku has unknowingly become a vigilante protected by both heroes and villains for his indiscriminate need to help. If someone is hurt Izuku is the first to reach forward and put a hand on their shoulder. The first to offer his hand for them to take. Izuku becomes known as The Healer and The Helper, the name Useless left behind to almost everyone except himself. Izuku makes it his mission to help as many people as possible, even if he has to break himself apart to do it.
