Summary
A person laid in bed, their eyes unfocused and their breath shallow. Their skin prickled with discomfort. Their clothes felt dirty and their hair was oily and tangled. However, they haven’t felt any motivation to try and clean up.
They didn’t want to try anymore.Their phone began to vibrate, and blue light invaded the room. Without looking, they pressed their fingers against the screen.
“Hey, it’s almost 1 in the afternoon, are you awake yet?”

It was quiet.
They sat up in bed, listening and biding their time.
It was quiet in the house. Not a single creak or squeak could be heard, beyond the small constant humming of the air conditioners. Quiet was good. Quiet meant that her parents were possibly asleep.
Quiet meant that they could get food from the kitchen.

The slaps of her footsteps against wet sand echoed around the tall and wide hallways. Her breathing was short and ragged, and her eyes darted around in a panic. She took in her surroundings as best as she could, but her vision was blurring from how fast she was running.
She couldn’t stop running, not when the rumbling of the hallway was getting stronger behind her.

A teenager spends all night playing games and is almost late for work in the morning--before getting hit by a truck on his way in. Now, he's woken up as one of the villains of the game he was playing. Luckily, the villain is still a child, and he has plenty of time to figure out how to avoid his inevitable doom at the hands of the main characters!
This is heavily inspired by My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! as referenced by the title. Instead of an unnamed dating sim, however, this is taking place in Baldur's Gate 3.
