Hyde paused. His eyes roamed up and down Lanyon. “You really won’t leave?”
“No. I won’t.”
(Henry faints in the middle of the night, just 2 days before the exhibition starts. It's clearly alchemically induced, so that leaves Lanyon to enter his mind and wake him up. He stumbles into more than he expected.)
