A whirring sound outside the room. You held your breath, listening to the sound of dripping, dripping, dripping. You knew you didn’t have much time.
“The animatronics must love you. They must not have tried to stuff you in a suit, considering that you’re listening to this, or hopefully, at least. The spring locks are a sure pain.”
A clicking sound, and wet, hoarse, breathing. It wasn’t you. You had a hand firmly clamped over your mouth, just enough air seeping through your fingers to keep you alive.
“Oh and there’s one more thing. I don’t know if you’re aware, but we’ve commissioned another animatronic group, in one of our other locations. I think it’s a sort of mall thing? I don’t know, really, I’m just telling you it might be cool. Good pay, too, considering its size and popularity. Might be cool to check out.”Bookmarked by Aedean

Summary
You had gone to the PizzaPlex for your nephew’s birthday, and somehow ended up getting to spend time with the animatronics that reside there… they left an imprint on your soul, and after that day at the PizzaPlex, you find yourself back there again. This time, you have a job there as an “after hours” worker with a robotics engineering degree and night guard clearance.
Working there ended up giving you more insight on mysteries you never knew existed here. On one of the nights you are called in, a child ends up staying overnight and you decide to help them.
It was time to prepare your emotions for trouble and anguish; destroying the beings you’ve come to love as they had loved you.
There seems to be more than meets the surface.

First few chapters are on the first day of being in the PizzaPlex, and later chapters will span in time. This is a romantic-intended story, and it follows some story lines (so spoiler alert) but is cannon divergent.
