Spock senses Jim is dissatisfied with their sexual encounters, but Jim refuses to tell him why. He goes to his counterpart for advice and follows it the next chance he gets. Set several months after Into Darkness. A kinky one shot that became a kinky novel. :)
K/S is the main pairing. The other pairings appear but do not play a major role.

Summary
Just an idea that's been bouncing in my head for a long while...
Spock was never encouraged into Command Track at Starfleet, therefore when he joins the Enterprise he is merely an Ensign, while Jim is Captain. Jim encourages Spock and shows him that he has leadership abilities after all, and they discover deeper feelings along the way.
Can be read as the Original Series or Abramsverse. Also, this assumes you are familiar with the episode, "Where No Man Has Gone Before."

Because, technically, he hadn’t. “I’m, uh, I’m Peter Parker, I’m here to interview with you, Mr. Nelson and Ms. Page? For the, um, receptionist position?”
Mr. Murdock looked puzzled for a moment before it seemed to click. “Oh, Mr. Parker! I didn’t realize it was you. It’s good to meet you,” His smile returned, and he extended his hand. Peter shook it hard enough to seem professional, but not so hard as to break the guy's hand.
