Summary
When you think of a couple, more specifically a romantic couple, an image forms in your mind. Majority of the time, that picture perfect couple in your head will be like two missing puzzle pieces coming together, so close to one another as if they're attracting magnets. They'd be giving each other eyes, smiling in-between kisses, and just not giving a shit about what anyone around them is thinking.
The only thing I just can't wrap my bloody head around though… holding hands.

Summary
Even though Eddie's name has been cleared legally, he's still very much on trial in the court of public opinion. Dealing drugs isn't a lucrative occupation anymore, and getting a legitimate job in a town who still considers him a killer isn't much of an option, either. Eddie is beginning to think skipping town and starting over somewhere no one knows his name is the only chance he has left. Steve has another idea.

Steve was never comfortable with others taking care of him. It was why he'd fallen so easily into the babysitter role: he'd held himself together all his life, he'd never had anyone else to do it for him.
When Steve, Robin, Eddie, and Nancy make it out of the Upside Down, Steve keeps his bandages wrapped tight and doesn't let anyone see, insisting he's fine, he's fine, he's always fine.
