Summary
A bedslave as a present from Titus is the last way Lexa expects the day to end. Clarke is nothing but a thin, weightless girl littered with bruises and cuts, brainwashed to serve, and Lexa is unsure of what to do. She as the Heda has never learned how to deal with people in such situations, after all.
It turns out Lexa doesn't need to know about everything, though, because Clarke easily becomes her first priority to take care of without any lessons.

Summary
These events take place immediately following the fateful events of episode 3x07 (events halfway through the episode). I wanted to rewrite the ending of Clexa (or non-ending in this case) to makeup for what was ruined. They deserved a much longer, more fulfilling story.
In this story, Lexa survives her fate! But how long will the two stay safe? And will their love have time to flourish in a time of uncertainty?
*Warning: The beginning of the story focuses on and follows the events of 3x07, so if you feel like it may trigger you, then do not read this story. Also, there is some violence and description of gore.

“Sara’s fine,” Ray said, and, for a second, Ava’s worry dissipated slightly. Then he said, “Right now. She's fine right now. But it is about her,” and her heart dropped.
Ray had never looked more serious. Ava wanted to cry, wanted to yell at him to just spit it out already.
This was supposed to be a lazy morning. There wasn't supposed to be any bombshells.
