Aizawa knew Midoriya was going to be a problem from day one. Never in his years has he had to deal with a student who’s power nearly shattered their bones just from using it. What he can’t figure out is how All Might’s involved with his student or why he was even hired without a teaching license in the first place. Not to mention the red flags that have been floating around few too many of his students, this of course including Midoriya himself.
Or
Dadzawa is concerned for one problem child and isn’t paid enough to deal with villains targeting his students.

Summary
At age 14, Midoriya Izuku manifests a quirk. His only problem? It's the weirdest quirk he's ever seen.
"The Gamer" lets Midoriya live life like a video game: stats, skills, XP, and inventory included. And despite its irregularity, Midoriya decides to use it to be the best hero he can be! But... things don’t exactly go according to plan.
When circumstances force Midoriya to register as having regular analysis quirk, he's obliged to max out his intelligence and wisdom stats to keep up the lie. Not to mention keeping the rest of his abilities a secret. After all, the last thing he needs right now is suspicion, not after registering his quirk late and under... to put it charitably, unusual circumstances.
Becoming a hero might just have gotten a little more complicated.

Izuku Midoriya’s father is a Hou-ou — a Japanese phoenix.
For some reason, this means yokai have a standing invitation to pester Izuku with their existence. Birds assemble choirs for his birthday. If there’s no cedar leaf under the welcome mat, the amazake babaa that lives two apartments over will be knocking on their door by evening. His yokai-purifying excursions get mistaken for vigilantism far too often.
(What’s going on with All Might? Is Principle Nedzu a yokai? Tokoyami, could you please get Dark Shadow to stop calling me ‘my Lord’?)

Izuku Midoriya is dead. Yep, dead as a doorknob. Or doornail? What the hell is a doornail? Who even thought of that stupid expression anyway? Doesn’t matter, because Izuku is very, very dead. Or at least his body is.
Or: Izuku takes a swan dive off the roof and wakes up to find himself dead. Or, at least he thinks that's what happened. Can a dead kid still be a hero?
