    Inspired by the various renditions of Swan Lake, and Kaeya's voiceline about 'the owl of Dragonspine'.

    It's been four years since Diluc left Mondstadt to hunt down the Fatui, and one year since he returned. The only problem is, no one knows he is there save for the Chief Alchemist of the Knights of Favonius.
    After rescuing Diluc from death at the hands of the Harbingers, Alice tasks him with reconciling with his brother as payment. To ensure that Diluc remains motivated towards the task at hand and will not be tempted to run away from his problems, she places a spell on him, transforming him into an owl, and only allowing him to become human again at night while in the city walls. With some necessary assistance from Albedo, that is. But Diluc is stubborn, and rather than face his brother, he chooses to live as a vigilante by night, protecting the city in his own way while still avoiding his past. He cannot keep this up forever though, and soon he is forced to make a choice. Confront the consequences of his actions, or loose himself to the curse entirely.
