Summary
In the wake of All Might's rejection, Izuku goes with Sensei. The League gained a new member, and the future shifted.
As Kurogiri knows, Sensei has many quirks and many plans, embodied in those he chooses to invite into the League. As someone near the centre of the League, Kurogiri knows more about their aspects than anyone except Sensei. He knows how the ancient man covers every angle of the situation, even the ones no one else saw coming. Sensei was always prepared to play the long game.
Tomura Shigaraki was one plan. The obvious plan. The one everyone focuses on.
Izuku Midoriya was an unexpected plan, a hidden plan, one that bides its time before striking when you least expect it.
Both men have power and purpose, but only one needs to succeed. Kurogiri watches both plans unfold, from their joined beginnings, through their diversion, until they meet again, in a world they changed.

I've read a fic, where Iruka and Anko were in one team. As a result I can't stop thinking that Iruka was Orochimaru's student. WOW
WowIt's not actually a story. It's just random ideas and funny (and fluffy) situations around Iruka, Orochimaru, Kakashi and other Naruto characters.

Summary
When Cale first touched that dagger, he immediately knew that in the moment that it touched his heart it would kill him, and he also knew that not even the gods or the world's tree could do anything to save him once it was done.
But what could Cale do? Everyone was desperate to kill the Radish and end everything once and for all, how could he deny their pleas, after all the things they've faced just to end this stupid 2-years-long-war? Cale couldn't be that selfish.
Cale noticed as he glanced at the clock, and in his last moments, he reviewed his life, not only as Cale Henituse but also as Kim Rok Soo and concluded, they were short but happy lives.
Finnaly Death started aproaching him and, as it did, Cale closed his eyes with a satisfied smile. He felt a hand pat his head slowly, it was an strange but conforting warmt, and it told Cale that he could finally rest as he took his finnal breath.
Or so the two of them tought. He could hear Death's shout profanity's as GoD took his soul away from the warm embrance.
He felt his soul entering another body once again
