Bucky reluctantly comes back to the Tower with Steve and Sam, because he knows he needs help, but he has trouble reconciling post-Rebirth Steve with the Steve he grew up with, because he has way more (fragmented), memories of the latter, and there for is skeptical of him, but imprints like a duckling on Tony, because he has all sorts of memories of him, because Hydra ingrained what a threat he was, pre and post Afghanistan, so he is absolutely certain of Tony, especially because if Hydra hated him that much...

Steve stands frozen at the question. Looking up to meet the man's stare. "Just...School. Work. Life. The usual..."
The man tsks. "Seems like you could use an outlet." He bites down on the other end of the lemon reaching into his pocket, to pull out a card. "I think I can help with that."
Steve fumbles the card for a moment before looking at it. "What's this?" The card is dark matte grey, with shiny black lettering. It reads:

He grins, sharp smile on full display. All pretty white teeth and dimples. "Let me know if you're interested. That's my personal number." He sets the lemon peel down on the bar, takes the last sip of his drink and stands up. "Name's Eddie by the way. I assume I'll hear from you soon. Do some research. Until next time, beautiful." He bows dramatically, hair tumbling forward over his face, then saunters out of the bar like that was his only purpose.

Everyone is classified Dom or Sub at 18 AU.
Of course everyone just assmed Steve Harrington's results confirmed he was a Dominant on his eighteenth birthday, no one bothered to check. He slipped up after the Russians and Robin found out the truth but it was okay becuase that wasn't going to happen again. But then the Upside Down wasn't supposed to come back either. So really Steve shouldn't be surprised that his secret comes out when he's pinned against the wall of a drug dealer's boathouse by confirmed Dominant and potential murder suspect Eddie Munson.
