"So even the god of dreams can have nightmares," Kuni says. It could easily be spun as an insult, but his voice is soft and... maybe just a little worried. It makes her smile, although it's a small, bittersweet thing.

    "Was... I there, too?"

Or: Unfortunately, even Nahida can have nightmares. Fortunately, she no longer has to deal with them alone.

Nahida frowned, "I don't understand; common reasoning dictates that he'd be too stubborn to listen to me until I showed him physical proof of what he had been doing wrong."

The Wanderer sighed, "While that's certainly very 'Benign and Merciful Dendro Archon' of you, you need to remember that that man is your subordinate," He jabbed a finger, gently, onto her forehead.

"All leaders must sometimes prioritise the good of the many over the wellbeing of the few. You can make things up to him later, but right now he needs to be doing his job"

She shook her head to dislodge her finger. Resisting the urge to look at him, she asked,

"Did the Fatui teach you that?" she whispered to the wind.

    A beat.

"It wasn't the Fatui who taught me," the Wanderer replied.
