The snap happened quickly —he had to act fast. There was a standing lamp within his reach. That would do. He tossed it to Shizuo before he could grab the counter.
What an odd thing to do. To offer the person, who you have such conflicting feelings for, a weapon for hitting you with.
Izaya just didn’t want to replace the counter.
