He looked dirty and tired, a state that was nearly impossible to find Batman or Bruce Wayne in. He normally took care of his appearance. It was a quiet testament to how much he trusted Clark, allowing him to see him in such a state of disarray.
But more surprising than any of that was that little smile on Bruce’s face. The upturn of the corners of his lips, paired with the gleam of self-satisfaction in his eyes was a heady combination that reminded Clark of the sensation of flying.
In that moment, Clark was sure he’d fly into the sun if only Bruce asked him to.

He didn’t even wash his eyegrease off, and Clark can smell the acidic sweat of sickness clinging to his body. And he is sure there’s no need for superpowers, anyone close enough could smell it, it’s so thick.
“Oh, Bruce.” He sighs again, getting closer to the stubborn, stubborn man he loves so much. “You idiot.”
“Good to see you too.” Bruce replies, with a voice so scratchy he sounds like he is actively chewing on broken glass. Jesus.

Everyone stopped what they were doing to look at the pitiful, yet humorous display of two middle-aged men stuck 'under the mistletoe' in the employee break room. The pair refused to make eye contact with anyone, including each other.
Wilson's cheeks flushed, the color quickly spreading across his face and down his neck. .
House glanced up at the offending evergreen branch. It dangled from the doorframe by a small, clear string. The bright red berries and spiny green leaves were wrapped together by a comically large golden ribbon.

Tighnari didn’t expect Cyno to show up once the rain began, especially with how spontaneous the rain could be. So when Cyno does show up, he takes it upon himself to just help Cyno get ready for bed. Knowing they both could take care of any remaining tasks in the morning once they awoke.

When he rounded the corner he paused, holding his mouth and trying not to laugh. Although his tail’s excitement completely gave him away with it’s quick wags that brushed against the floor.
Cyno’s hair was a darkened color from how drenched it had been and a puddle had formed under him despite the front rug soaking up as much as it could. Due to his lack of clothes he was shivering like crazy, his hands hugging tightly to his chest, his hat was long discarded onto the floor. Creating yet another puddle.
“No no, please don’t laugh,” Cyno pouted, “I’m hella cold, I don't even want to make a joke.”

There's love that swims in his eyes, evident only for Tighnari to fish and catch, telling him his thanks just for being by his side, here, in the other nations they'd travelled to together and the many they will in their future, and especially back at home.
Tighnari smiles back at him, small and reserved, meant just for Cyno in all the same ways. "You're a dork," he huffs out with a laugh at the end of his words, as he leans forward to place a chaste kiss to Cyno's lips. "We should get a move on, before any lines start forming," Tighnari breathes out across Cyno's lips, and the other man minutely nods, but stays in place for just a second longer. They're both smiling while pressed against each others lips, basking in their closeness, and Cyno kisses him again.
Or, Cynonari travel to Inazuma, to visit the Irodori Festival together.
