He stared out at the bright blue sky, the townspeople that passed him by, the almost pearly white walls of the Citadel and took a breath in. He actually did it, he made his way back home! Now Merlin just needs to keep everyone he cares about alive.
Sounds easier than time travel.

A fic where Immortal!Merlin waits for Arthur to come back until the world almost comes to an end and all magic has left the world (and entered Merlin). He decided since Arthur was so rude to not come back, he'd have to go back the prat himself. What could go wrong?
