Clark could never feel jealousy the same way Bruce did, because Bruce’s jealousy would always keep his eyes glued to the Kryptonian. Even if Clark’s own eyes were most likely glued to Bruce as well, there was something different about the way Bruce would look at him. Something possessive, something reassuring.
