Summary
Death was not what Harry thought it would be. An empty train and a being proclaiming himself to be the Death, telling him that, “sorry, no afterlife for you” certainly wasn't anywhere near his expectations.
And having his soul and magic crammed back into his four year old body, being told that he can never die… That was another painful kick to the groin.
But Harry is British, and the phrase “keep calm and carry on” is practically a part of him by now. He realises that this is a second chance at life. To actually live and do whatever the hell he wants without being someone else’s pawn. It is a new beginning, and things are going to be vastly different this time around.

“Easy…” A warm hand covered his own and he was brought back against a chest that felt hard and soft. “I brought you home… little Master. This place… I made for you. Somewhere for you to learn and decide what you want to do.” The other spoke quietly.
Harry felt his throat tighten and his eyes burn. He could feel only honesty from the other and he had never… he had never had something that was his alone. Now this person was saying this Kingdom was his alone. “Who…who are you?” He finally asked, moving closer into the offered affection.
He could feel a smile against his neck as the arms tightened gently, “I am Death and you, Hadrian James Potter, are my chosen Master.” Death said with a purr that kept slipping from innocent to protective. “You are home now.” -
