Well, Hal is convinced that Bruce has concocted a plot to get around his ‘no killing’ rule, by having his children stalk him until his heart gives out from the stress.

Summary
Batman had made many mistakes during his early years, some bigger than others, but he learned his lessons along the way. One of those mistakes had been adding artificial wings to his suit, which only lasted for two weeks before he retired them, Bruce decided gliding was more than enough for him.
But then, he lets it slip he knows what flying is like, and the Justice League notices, and sleep-deprived bat responds less than eloquently.
Or
The Justice League believes somebody clipped Batman's very-real-biological wings, some are out for blood.

“What are you playing at, Lantern?” Batman’s lips are pulled into a frown, and his tone is searching, prodding– like he’s trying to see if Hal is joking or genuinely knows.
Hal raises his hands in mock surrender to show he means no harm. “Look, the code of capes, masks, and cowls: I won’t tell anyone your civilian identity.” He smiles. “I’m just letting you know that I know so that you know I’m the smartest in the League.”
“What are you talking about?” Batman applies the same tactic as earlier.
“Well, you’re the smartest, I digress– so maybe I’m the second smartest, but finding out your identity? C’mon Brucie, give me some credit, it’s pretty impressive.”
“Don’t call me that.”
