It was the night of the Tonys, 2026. More specifically, about three hours after the fact. Doug and Bud’s after-party was in full swing—from the dirty thatch ceiling décor to the completely average female lamb stew, everything was present and accounted for.
…Except for Doug.

Gutenberg the Musical cleans up at the Tonys (naturally), and every dream Doug and Bud have ever had has come true all at once. They might be having a bit of trouble dealing with that. And they might end up getting a bit squishy and sentimental about it.
