Summary
Shuichi isn't entirely sure what the time is, all he knows is that it is late. The moon lies low in the sky, encased in blackened clouds and accented by little flecks of white that seem too exhausted to twinkle tonight. It is far too late for him to be out by himself, he realises, not that he couldn't handle himself of course but the weather conditions mean he is currently edging into dangerous territory.
It's late January, the twenty fourth if he is remembering correctly from Toga's non stop squealing about an official UA broadcast for some sort of event. However, that is irrelevant to the point, point being that the date means it is cold, even colder at night and Shuichi cannot bare it.

Spinner faces death in the snow, but thankfully gets saved just in time and Shigaraki panics.

Stars seem to hang lower than normal, as if their threads were torn, the navy blue was now corrupted by the inky black reality that lie above and a ubiquitous array of red flecks had completely besieged the fake sky pulling it limb from limb. Below the ground trembles, perhaps the planet had realised its insignificant nature or perhaps the shakes which rattle Pantalone's window were from a separate entity entirely, one he knows too well.

Summary
The sound of bare feet fill the outdoor halls of Paradise Manor as Xie Lian embarks on his nightly stroll. Around him, the red lanterns and dark sky serve him well, creating a warm atmosphere to combat the chill Ghost City naturally carried. There was little noise at this time of night, being in Hua Cheng's private residence also aided this fact. However, Xie Lian didn't mind, he had found it most peaceful especially after how busy he had been lately.
The two had returned to Paradise Manor two days ago, after spending a month in Puqi Shrine with Xie Lian having to deal with the prayers of all the his believers, still refusing to employ any junior officials. On numerous occasions Hua Cheng had gotten frustrated with the influx of desperate worshippers as it prevented then from having much alone time and it got to the point that even when they were blessed with a moments peace, Xie Lian still found ways to keep them both occupied.
