Summary
Eijirou looks at the talisman. And then does a double take.
“This just says ‘fuck off’ in kanji,” Eijirou says to Midoriya.
“It’s very effective,” Midoriya says to Eijirou.
“What the hell is going on,” Jirou says to the room.
(In which the dorms are haunted and Midoriya is an exorcist. In, you know, a manner of speaking.)

Izuku's quirk is simple, it tells him exactly what he needs to do.
It tells him to grab an umbrella and that afternoon it rains unexpectedly. It tells him to bring cash and it turns out the card reader is out of order.
His quirk tells him to rob a bank.
Well, why not?

Does the name All for One mean anything to Izuku? Nope.
Will he tear down the empire of a powerful villain who has been terrorizing Japan for over a century anyway? Sure. -

Jason didn't know who he was anymore. Was he Jason Todd? A zombie who's only purpose was his partners and child. Was he The Red Hood, crime lord and protector of Gotham's unfortunate? Was he Tayir Khaled? Student at Gotham University studying English Literature and playing for the Gothan Exy team?
He didn't know anymore. What he did know was that in his hands was a scholarship letter from an Exy team in a different state with a reputation for being all sorts of screwed up yet somehow being one of the best in the span of just a year.
tldr: Jason joins the foxes as his civilian identity

Summary
Tim Drake thought he was going to die when got thrown through an unknown portal during a fight against a magic user. Instead he got sent to an Alternate Earth—one without vigilantes, superheroes, or metahumans, and, most importantly, without his family. Trapped in the body of his sixteen-year-old counterpart, Tim tries to keep his head down while searching for a way back home, but with each passing month, he loses a little more hope.
Exy wasn’t part of his plan; it was never supposed to be more than the unfamiliar sport that existed here and that his alternate self apparently played. But months pass, Tim is still stuck and unable to freely resume his activities as a vigilante without drawing too much attention in this world, so he starts using Exy as an outlet for his growing frustration.
He definitely didn’t expect or plan for his playing to bring him one Coach David Wymack to his school with an offer to play for his team.

Summary
On paper, the Hero Commission's plan to investigate Midoriya Izuku under the guise of a training course for combating mental quirks is solid; foolproof, even. If Midoriya turns out to be innocent, they can pass everything off as part of the training exercise, assuming he remembered any of it. Otherwise, they could beg forgiveness after the traitor was securely imprisoned in Tartarus.
The paper plan failed to take into account the feral ghosts living in Midoriya Izuku's head, or his equally feral living friends.
Time to bring on the chaos.
