"My name is Maxine Caulfield, most call me Max. I had to make an impossible decision between sacrificing the life of my best friend, or letting a city be laid waste to. I chose instead to sacrifice myself. Am I going insane? Am I dead, or have I really travelled back in time? Whatever this place is, it feels as though I've crash-landed on another planet."
A small concept I came up with, and one of many fic ideas I have rattling around my head, heavily inspired by the BBC TV series Life on Mars and Ashes to Ashes. (Seriously, how has nobody done a LiS x A2A fic yet?!)

Two thoughts cross my mind at roughly the same time: one, what self-respecting police officer not only leaves their prisoner unrestrained and in the off-limits areas of the station, but also doesn’t confiscate their effects?; two, holy shit is this woman the most beautiful thing I’ve seen.
Max Caulfield, Bay City Police officer of four years, and a recently-qualified Detective, moves department to the Fourteenth Precinct, as close as any Precinct wants to get to becoming the Wild West. She's disciplined, by-the-book, and always level-headed.
The officer she's partnered with... not so much.
Oh, and there's a serial killer on the loose.

Summary
Caitlyn is a privateer of the Piltover Royal Navy. Her mother, an advisor to the Queen, informs her that the crown has selected her for an important operation. Treasure was stolen by a relatively unknown pirate crew and, now, it’s Caitlyn’s job to retrieve it and bring the pirates to justice. She suspects that Zaun, an almost mythical pirate hideout, is the place she has to find in order to complete her mission. Caitlyn has to survive raging seas and swashbuckling pirates while also navigating the interactions with the pirates she intercepts, one of whom captivates her attention for all the wrong reasons. Buckle up and get your blackbeards on kids and enjoy!

Summary
This short takes place during Vi’s imprisonment at Stillwater, in between episodes 3 and 4 of season 1. It was clear that there was some trauma there that was never expanded on in the show and I think that Vi deserves more attention since Jinx and Cait were both given this in the series.
